We know from experiences that the success of international project management is depending on many criteria.
The planning has to be creative and profitable, useful and efficient as well as the organization of the whole construction phase.  It is of vital importance for success that teamwork is efficient, effective and harmonious in order to avoid misunderstandings and construction defects, which are cost- and time-intensive for the client as well as for the participants of the construction phase.
That's why the gaol of BTM is  to meet the requirements of a new type of project management, which is based on "win-win" principles, harmony and a similar value system. Following this rules we guarantee an optimized project management for all participants of the project team.




BTM offers the individual performances of each member office as well as the organization of the whole construction process. Architectural design and planning, planning of execution, project management and organization of building site assures our international clients an effective and efficient construction phase.
Individual tailored to the particular needs of each client and his country we develop concepts for the construction process, which set brand new standards. Further more we avoid design errors, performance risks, construction defects and insolvency of companies during the construction process.
Our system follows the guidelines and statutory provisions of each country, but with a new ideology we realize the goals of all participants of the construction phase.

2 - Price- and quality guarantee - keeping in perspective possible construction defects or insolvency of companies and therefore consequential charges


3 - Appreciation and reputation - on focusing leaser or buyer for the principal respectively further fresh orders for the agents (planners and companies)
